    2. You can still buy even if you are divorce as long as you were not married in the Philippines and have divorce papers.
    3. If you were married in the Philippines and divorced in other country, you must have a divorce and annulment papers.
    Salary or Income - Your combine gross salary or income must be Php36,000/month. You will need a co-maker or co-borrower if your salary is less than Php36,000.00.
