Bank Financing

Now, applying for a housing loan is easy and simple. As long as you’re working, no bad credit, you’re qualified.

Bank Financing is a loan from our accredited banks, Metrobank (MBTC), Banco De Oro (BDO) and United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB). Developer will apply and process the loanable amount or balance with the bank. Buyers will just submit the required documents.

Buyers have 60 days to change financing from Bank to Inhouse or from Inhouse to Bank Financing. No fee or charges from this changes.

1. Buyer must be of eligible age: 20 – 50 years old.
2. If OFW, he/she must not work in war-torn countries.
3. Client must not have any ongoing civil/criminal case, unpaid loan, cancelled credit card, etc.

• Duly accomplished Bank Forms (please ask these from us)
• 3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID picture
• Marriage Contract (if married) / Birth Certificate (if single)
• Passport (for OFW only – photocopy 1st & last page)
• Two (2) Government issued ID
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Latest Proof of Billing
• Payslip (for OFW’s & locally employed)
• Consularized Special Power of Attorney (for OFWs, if applicable)
• Income Tax Return (ITR) (for locally employed only)
• Latest Cedula
• 15 Post Dated Checks corresponding your downpayment period (if you don’t have a checking account, developer can give bank referral to open a checking account with the accredited bank, Planters Bank)

For MARRIED APPLICANTS, the spouse shall likewise submit the following:

• Two (2) Government issued ID
• 3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID picture
• Photocopy of passport (if OFW)
• Income Tax Return (ITR) (for locally employed only)
• Latest Cedula

If you have an ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, he/she should submit the following:

• Two (2) Government issued ID
• 3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID picture
• Cedula

• Maximum loan term years granted for OFW is 60 years old at the end of the loan.
• Consularized Special Power of Attorney is required by the bank if the buyer is abroad during the signing of SPA forms. If the buyer is in the Philippines during the signing of forms, consularized SPA form is no longer required. Just include a photocopy of buyer’s passport date of arrival.
• We will mail these Special Power of Attorney forms to your location/country and you will need to sign those as instructed.
• After signing, 3 pages of that form will have to be consularized at the Philippine Consulate office (Embassy) in your country.
• Once accomplished, all the forms that we sent must be mailed back to us (including the consularized Special Power of Attorney for validation and submission to office.)

There are instances, however, when banks lift the ban on a case to case basis. The developer shall try to work out your situation with the bank on best efforts basis. Normally, banks may ask for additional requirements such as of payment of higher insurance premiums.
